Damages and Issues:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Upon delivery, we kindly request you to inspect your order immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, wrong items, or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours to email Info@Kiirogroup.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
